What is Turn Up?

What do the knobs do?

What are the dimensions of Turn Up?
While on the steel stand, Turn Up is approximately 3.5” tall, 3” deep, and 7.5” wide. Without the stand, Turn Up is about 0.5” tall, 2.75” deep, and 7.5” wide.
Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to a number of countries outside of the US. Let us know if you have trouble completing checkout at our email, contact@turnup.tech. International orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), so you may have additional VAT or other fees to pay upon arrival in your country depending on your country's policies. Due to the unpredictable nature of international shipping, we don't make any shipping or customs guarantees, and we aren't responsible for customs or courier issues.
Where's my order?
Email us at contact@turnup.tech with your name & order number and we’ll give you an update on your mixer! If it’s already been shipped, you should have received a tracking number at the email address you used for the order. International orders may take longer to start receiving tracking updates.
Why is my device not working?
This can happen for a number of reasons. Here are a few things you can try:
1. Unplug your Turn Up Mixer. Then quit the software by navigating to the application tray in the bottom right corner of Windows, and right click on Turn Up and click “quit”. Restart the software, and then plug your Turn Up mixer back in.
2. Plug your Turn Up mixer into a different USB port directly connected to your PC. If you are connecting the mixer to a USB hub, please try connecting Turn Up directly to one of your computer's USB ports.
3. Swap to a different USB-C cable. Try to use a USB 3.0 cable if possible.
4. Update the Turn Up software with the latest installer from the download page.
If none of these resolve the issue, email us at contact@turnup.tech with your log and config files. Your hardware log should be located at C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\Turn Up\HardwareLog.txt and your config should be located at: C:\Users\{USERNAME}\AppData\Roaming\Turn Up\TurnUpConfig.json
How do I control Spotify?
If you installed Spotify through the Windows store, it won't show in the installed programs list. To select it, start playing a song in Spotify, then select Spotify from the running programs list.
Is it Mac OS/Linux compatible?
The Turn Up Volue Mixer is currently compatible with Windows only.
What's the return policy?
We accept returns 30 days from the date of delivery if the unit is in brand new, unopened condition. Email us at contact@turnup.tech if you'd like to return your mixer. If the returned device arrives opened, damaged, or with other signs of use, you may have a restocking fee deducted from your refund.
Do you integrate with other software?
Yes! We have integrations with OBS Studio, Streamlabs, Voicemeeter, and Razer Chroma. For more details, click here.
How to I remove dust from the rubber?
Run a lint roller or rolled up piece of tape over the rubber until the dust is gone and rubber is sticky again.
How do I get support?
Please export your logs from the software settings menu and attach them with a description of the problem you're seeing in an email to contact@turnup.tech.
